Fiba Real Estate was set up in 2000 to develop and undertake turnkey delivery real estate development projects that have a strong brand value, are creative in their concepts, comply with superior standards of quality, and provide the highest degree of customer satisfaction. The company`s activities are focused on developing and undertaking turnkey delivery real estate development projects at high standards of quality with a professional team and in collaboration with its national and international solution partners.

In 2006, Fiba Real Estate completed Fibalife Rahat Yaşam Evleri project in Istanbul, Çekmeköy which has 144 residential units, including 3+1, 4+1 type typical floors, garden and roof dublex units, located on an area of 22 thousand square meters. The Fibalife project includes many amenities like outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, a cafe, recreation areas, multipurpose sports field and minimum two parking spaces for each unit. Units were sold out long before the project`s completion date and residents began moving in as of January 2007.

The joint venture of İntes İnşaat and Fiba Real Estate won the tender held by the Republic of Turkey Prime Ministry Housing Development Administration related to the construction and sale of Bahçeşehir Mass Housing area in Istanbul in 2005. The “Manolya Houses” project covers an area of 25 thousand square meters with 408 units and all of the sales have been completed.At the beginning of June 2008, residents began moving in.

Fiba Real Estate has signed a revenue share contract including a part of its land investments in Çekmeköy with Timur Gayrimenkul and will jointly conduct a residential project under the NEF brand name. The first phase of the project is planned to be finished by 2020.
