While we’re the signatory of UN WEP’s principals, member of Yeniden Biz Derneği, founder member of 30% Club, we are giving our attention to the most salient issues on gender equality. Yet, we are participating the training and mentor programs at “Yönetim Kurulunda Kadın”, in order to develop the pool of women managers within companies.

Fiba Runners

FibaRunners, which started to run for kindness for the first time in 2013 under the umbrella of Fiba Volunteers, created funds by running in Istanbul and Antalya marathons for 18 different non-governmental organizations as of 2020.

FibaRunners has raised awareness on many issues such as children, adolescents, women, fathers, animals, disabled individuals, nature, doctors and cancer patients.

As FibaRunners ran, it became a bigger family with its families, childhood, school and colleagues who supported with their donations.

Fiba Volunteers

Various volunteering projects were implemented in order to increase the quality of life of the people living in various villages of Kilis and Tatvan with the "There is Hope in the Rural" project initiated in cooperation with our employees and HMÖV in 2012. In a short time, Fiba Volunteers were born by naming the formation with events attended by more than 100 people. As a result of these studies, it was awarded as the "Most Successful Volunteering Project" award of the Private Sector Volunteers Association in 2012.

Today, Fiba Volunteers is a large community that includes all the Fiba Group companies and runs a diverse range of projects including book campaigns, workshops in villages, etc. Moreover, it is a body which every Fiba Group employee is encouraged to take part of it. As a model practice, Fiba Group provides volunteer employees with up to three days of paid leave to participate in social responsibility projects.
