Fina Energy Holding

Fina Enerji Holding is owned by Fina Holding that is a part of Fiba Group, founded in 1987 by Hüsnü M. Özyeğin. Fiba Group is a respected and well-known player in national and international markets and operates in 12 countries through 67 companies with more than 13.000 employees from 48 nationalities.

Fina Enerji has been established by Fina Holding in 2007 to involve in development, generation and trading of renewable energy and continues its activities with 160 employees of all subsidiaries.

Fina Enerji currently has 14 wind farms of 550 MW and 5 solar power plants of 25 MW under operation.

Fina Elektrik Enerjisi İthalat İhracat ve Toptan Satış A.Ş. established as a subsidiary of Fina Enerji Holding is engaged, with Cerean Enerji brand, in the sale of electric power to eligible consumers, purchase and sale of electricity through bilateral agreements in domestic and cross-border market.

Polyak Eynez Coal Mining Company, another affiliate of Fina Energy Holding with 70 % partnership, develops an underground mining project located in Kınık district of İzmir, carried by fully mechanized mining method with an annual production capacity of 5 million tons. Planning for the construction of pre-licenced thermal power plant at capacity of 2x350 MW is underway.
