The company was established on July 2th, 2012 as Fiba Hayat, later to be updated as Fiba Emeklilik ve Hayat A.Ş. on May 10th, 2013. Operating on insurance(personal accident and life) and pension with its comprehensive and high quality service policy, Fiba Emeklilik included health insurance to its portfolio on April 4th, 2017
